As a dedicated holistic health coach specializing in women's wellness, I am deeply passionate about guiding women to understand and embrace their unique needs. At the core of my coaching philosophy is the belief that women's health, though intertwined with shared human experiences, is profoundly shaped by the distinct hormonal rhythms that define our well-being. My journey into holistic wellness began in 2013 during a challenging period in my life, where I experienced imbalances in food, relationships, and self-identity. This pivotal time led me to immerse myself in holistic health studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I earned my certification in 2014 and began my practice.
Over the past decade, I’ve navigated my own path to wellness, particularly after being diagnosed with PCOS and facing health issues like insulin resistance, hair loss, mood swings, irregular periods, and gut challenges. Balancing these struggles while supporting my husband during his 20-year military career and raising three children taught me the importance of resilience in the face of life’s stresses. Through these personal experiences, I discovered not only how to restore balance within myself but also the importance of approaching wellness holistically, seeing the body, mind, and spirit as one interconnected whole.
The Birth of Living in Balance Coaching
Living in Balance Coaching emerged from my personal journey and the profound recognition that wellness is not a task to be checked off, but an ongoing, fulfilling lifestyle. Living in balance became my guiding mindset—a way of nurturing my well-being with intention, rather than obligation. It’s an approach that empowers rather than burdens, fostering self-growth and strength as a woman. I found that by embracing holistic practices—whether through nourishment, movement, or mindful self-care—I could build resilience, create balance, and thrive in ways that supported my whole being.
This philosophy became the heart of Living in Balance Coaching, where I now aim to help other women discover and embrace the practices that have so profoundly shaped my own journey. I offer tools for positive mindset shifts, balanced nutrition, physical fitness, and self-care that are designed to help you cultivate resilience and wellness throughout every stage of life. Together, we will explore ways to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit, so that you can experience greater energy, fulfillment, and well-being. My goal is to empower you to live your life in balance and thrive in every aspect, just as I’ve learned to do.
