I’ve been a Health Coach Practitioner since 2015, and my journey began with a deep understanding of whole foods and their benefits for our overall well-being, paired with the importance of fitness. Over the years, I’ve expanded and fine-tuned my practice to offer more specific and personalized support. My coaching philosophy is embodied in my practice, Living in Balance, which is a mindful approach to maintaining harmony in every aspect of life.
In 2019, I became a certified Personal Trainer to enhance my strength coaching for clients, and in 2020, I shifted my focus specifically toward coaching women for healthy aging. I provide support to those struggling with lifestyle imbalances, whether it's through nutrition, self-care, or movement. My approach includes helping women build lean muscle for strong bones, practicing mobility and cardiovascular fitness, and incorporating functional movement to support healthy aging.
We also touch on spirituality—not in a religious sense, but in a way that centers on self-awareness, self-love, and self-care. This mindful practice helps cultivate stress resilience, and we work on building habits with optimism. Through this, you’ll learn the difference between self and ego in spiritual practice, creating an emotional and mental space that is understanding and graceful, not destructive.
At Living in Balance, my mission is to guide you in becoming your best self in any given moment—acknowledging that this doesn’t have to look a certain way, but is more about how we care for ourselves energetically, especially during times of challenge.
