At "Living in Balance," my approach as a holistic health coach goes beyond surface-level wellness practices. My journey as a health coach practitioner began in 2015, sparked by a passion for whole foods and fitness. Over the years, I’ve expanded my practice to fine-tune specific areas of support, particularly for women who want to prioritize their health as they age gracefully. My business is grounded in the idea that living in balance is an active, conscious pursuit—a lifestyle that we must nurture daily through our choices.
In 2019, I became a certified personal trainer, adding strength coaching to my skill set to help clients build lean muscle, improve functional movement, and foster strong bones—key elements in promoting healthy aging. By 2020, my focus shifted toward coaching women in all areas of self-care, particularly addressing the imbalances that can arise due to lifestyle stressors. I help women with everything from nutrition to movement, but I also work on the emotional and mental aspects of wellness, such as self-love, self-care, and managing stress mindfully.
